Has any money been recouped by shareholders to date? | 30/04/2021 16:42:39 |
Mr Gupta is currently billionaire so he might become a millionaire( as you said) with a crap company like ARI | 10/08/2019 13:56:03 |
Dont worry too much about the bargain price paid to the administrators for ARI by Mr Gupta he has retained all the old senior management along with their business skills, the same management that was creating wealth for the ARI shareholders, I\'m sure Mr Gupta will be a millionaire in no time ???? | 15/05/2019 19:00:49 |
Why the government left us shareholders out in the cold and let the Indian walk away with the company. This should be a warning sound of the end of the coalition government who claim to have our interest at heart. How can that be when my investment have evaporated into thin air and this suppose to be part of our private pension fund.
| 16/04/2019 11:19:32 |
I don\'t understand your comment, \"if the new owner traded again, shareholders won\'t loose so much...\" Is there a possibility that the Shareholders may recoup their losses? | 18/01/2019 13:14:25 |
Shareholders the losers after being there through tough times, sold for a bargain with the port and the rest, if the new owner traded again, shareholders won’t loose so much, winners are kordametha who got their fat fees and new owners, hope they are happy and peaceful.looking after themselves, | 29/12/2018 00:09:49 |
It is interesting to note that KordaMetha have managed to operate the receivership of Arium under a veil of secrecy from the shareholders, whom have been left out in the cold by this management arrangement. between the Government Banks and Unions. they have managed to let yet another Australian company disappear and overseas consortium\'s pick up the pieces at bargain prices. these Receivers are nothing better than Jackals, they feast on the carrion of each injured Australian corporation and under the legal system take most available cash flow in their fees, and in most cases squash any hope of resurrection. \n\nThe mining side of this company would at current prices been sustainable. Also with government assistance sooner rather than later, you could have brought the steel industry into line and perhaps shared ownership with The South Australian Government and the workers as a separate entity thereby protecting the interest of the Whyalla workers and contractors, which are now under a cloud of despair. I would suggest you will soon find KordaMentha come out and say (we did our best but we have to close the steelworks down now), The claim to fame and to justify there charges , \"they will say\" We did keep the jobs in the city for an extra couple of years. Also interesting is simultaneously another australian steelmaker Bluescope Steel has soared, so why such a disparity. perhaps without the super expensive fees for the receivers and there minions there may well have been potential for the once iconic company. | 06/12/2016 18:53:28 |
