we understand a Final Dividend of 2.3965 cents in the dollar was paid in May 2017 - this was from the final distribution received from Estate Property Group Limited together with other funds - the total payments made to ACR Noteholders and creditors following this distribution was 52.7965 cents in the dollar for all amounts outstanding as at 28 May 2007. three former directors namely, Samuel Pogson of Wahroonga, NSW, Murray Lapham of Turramurra, NSW and Steven Martin of West Pennant Hills, NSW have been charged under the NSW Crimes Act with making a false statement to obtain a financial advantage for ACR - Pogson has also been charged under s1308(2) of the Corporations Act with one count of making a false or misleading statement in a form lodged with ASIC

this unlisted public company has gone into administration (McGrathNicol was appointed on 28 May 2007) - this never augurs well for investors - the company raised money from the public through ‘Deposit Notes' - it on-lent the money it raised from the public to the Estate Property Group - the Estate Property Group in turn used the borrowings from ACR to develop properties and make property investments, mainly in the residential property market
