ElectroTech Investments Limited will become the wholly-owned subsidiary of a Singapore incorporated company, to be called ElectroTech Holdings Limited (hereafter abbreviated to "ElectroTech"). The ASX code used to identify shares will change from "ELE" to "ELC". Each share in the Bermuda company ("ELE share") will be cancelled and replaced by one new share in the Singapore company ("ELC share"). This implements the Scheme of Arrangement approved by shareholders on 31 July 2000 | 17/08/2001 |
