I don\'t think that the company failed per se but the ASX notice on 13/05/2019 says:

EnviroMission Limited (ASX: EVM) (\"the Company\") wishes to advise that it has been unable to meet the requirements for relisting on the ASX and will be removed from the Official List of the ASX from the commencement of trading on Tuesday,14 May 2019.

It will then presuambly continue with its soporofic existence.

13/06/2019 15:00:53

They don\'t bother to reply to investors emails, no news, nothing from directors, seriously what is going on?   I guess they hope we all forget about our stocks?  It\'s been nearly two years folks...   The stock price better jump to $100 a share when you reopen the company so we can get some of our money back.

09/03/2019 04:08:41

It seems the directors are paying themselves handsomely until you hopefully forget about your stocks. The company seems to be receiving plenty of chash. There is very much a lack of information on all of this.

19/02/2018 16:45:12

Can anyone plz tell me why EVM suspended and when would be back on the market.
