we understand Stockland offered either 1 Stockland stapled security for every 2.8 Flinders units held or 1 Stockland stapled security plus $2.50 in cash for every 5 Flinders units held - the two alternative offers proposed equated to $1.25 and $1.20 for each Flinders unit and were at premiums of 11% and 6% respectively based on the closing unit price of Stockland and Flinders on 9 May 2000 of $3.50 and $1.13 respectively - Flinders unitholders accepting the offer were entitled to retain the distribution by Flinders for the six months ending 30 June 2000 | 02/10/2000 |
