3,199,060 Performance Rights granted to executives and Senior Management of the Company under its Employee Share Plan have now vested as a consequence of the Scheme becoming effective. These vested Performance Rights have now been exercised by the various holders, including Mainstream's CEO Martin Smith. The Company has issued a further 3,199,060 fully paid ordinary shares to the relevant participants, resulting in the Company having 142,857,422 fully paid ordinary shares on issue.
