Innocean and SIDCOM now hold 85% and 15% respectively of the fully paid ordinary shares in Wellcom. The scheme consideration of $6.70 for each scheme share held on the scheme record date (7.00pm 21 November 2019) has been transferred to scheme shareholders today by either cheque or direct credit.
